I loved the ambiance, the cleanliness, the feel of the hotel. Very efficient and convenient. They sent a driver to get us from airport and he drove well. Restaurant service and breakfast was excellent and all staff were lovely with my 2 and a half year old son. The pool was shaded and lovely. The beach is nice. It didn't seem crowded. There are no girlie bars close which I liked. All in all we loved it and will be going back in October.

We had some misunderstanding when checking out. They didn't understand the Booked.net form inclusive of price was actually the added up version of what they were telling me to pay. For an hour they were asking for 9000 more TBaht so that was a hassle having to go through all that at the end of the holiday. Without sounding too 'ex pat brat', really it boiled down to the fact that the reception should perhaps have a better command of English so that this wouldn't happen.

The room had a cozy bed and a beautiful view, and the location was ideal for those visiting for the first time. Additionally, we enjoyed a great meal at Sangwian Seafood, which was conveniently close by.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Infinity pool is a nice feature. When asked, the staff were very helpful.

I didn't find the breakfast to be up to the standard of the price. The rooms should have had full toiletries in them but I had to ask for toothpaste. No razor, none of the regular items we find at the Hyatt. Although the rooms are better in the Veranda, the Hyatt seems to have more character. The staff need to make the place more fun.

This hotel is really great for families. The rooms are spacious and equipped with comfortable beds, perfect for a family stay. The pool in the Slider Pool Villa is not too small and the kids had a blast. The Pool Villa room has a lovely pool with a nice view of the sea. Highly recommended for a family vacation.

Staff were all very friendly and service was good. We experienced exceptional service from check - in staff member Ancharna P. First room did not suit us as it smelt of smoke. No hesitation in changing our room. Second room was very comfortable and had a private balcony overlooking the sea.Restaurant standard and food presentation was good.

Gym facilities could be improved.

Spent Christmas at a design hotel on an amazing white sandy beach. The hotel offers breath-taking views of the sea. We enjoyed the intimacy of the atmosphere, not crowded at all. The staff was helpful, especially during a special dinner they arranged for us. We loved the private dining on the beach, with romantic decorations, candles, and lights. The food served was delicious.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing, not up to the standards we were expecting. The Wi-Fi connection was not reliable and kept breaking.

We recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and it fulfilled all of our exclusive amenities needs. the Spa centre was amazing, with a great selection of massages and a poolside snack bar that provided delicious food. the swimming pool was also a highlight, offering both infinity and outdoor options with stunning sun terrace and garden area views.

Despite this, the venue had plenty of other options available to satisfy our desire for relaxation and wellness activities.
